Our Staff

James O’Hara is a nurse practitioner.
He spent the majority of his nursing career working in cardiology and directly witnessed the consequences of a lack of preventive medicine. This experience inspired him to continue his education and become part of the solution.
James feels it is important to inspire hope in each patient while providing them with the education and tools they need to take control of their health.
He utilizes an integrative approach to practicing medicine which combines lifestyle interventions, appropriate supplementation, and smart prescribing when indicated to empower patients to feel better and live longer, healthier lives.

Dr. Gillett enjoys providing holistic individualized care to his patients. His practice includes preventative medicine, aesthetics, sports medicine, hormone optimization, obstetrics and infertility, integrative medicine, and precision medicine including genomics. He enjoys caring for others using shared decision-making and an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. He is active in Obesity Medicine organizations and firmly believes “food is medicine” and “exercise is medicine”.
