GLP-1 medications can be powerful tools for weight management, but they should be used with the right screening, monitoring, and support. At Gillett Health, our GLP-1 Membership is designed to give patients a structured path with provider oversight, lab testing, body composition data, and monthly check-ins through the patient portal.
Before signing up or paying for the program, patients complete an initial intake questionnaire. This helps our team review health history, goals, and potential concerns to determine whether the program is appropriate.

Initial intake screening
Patients begin with an intake questionnaire before enrollment to help determine whether the program is a good fit.
Provider-guided care
Care is overseen by Amanda Morris, NP and Mark Gillett, MD.
Two 20-minute visits per year
Your first visit follows your initial labs, and your second visit follows your 6-month labs so your provider can review results with you directly.
Monthly portal check-ins
Our clinical team checks in with patients every month through the patient portal to monitor progress, tolerance, and next steps.
Lab monitoring
Initial labs are required before treatment, with a smaller follow-up lab panel at the 6-month mark.
DEXA body composition scan
An initial DEXA scan is required to evaluate body composition and establish a more accurate starting point beyond the scale.
Medication access
GLP-1 medication is billed and provided to you every 3 months.
