Each consultation is allotted 45 minutes of dedicated time with your provider.
One-time payment
No ongoing plan or subscription.
Consultation only
Prescriptions and ongoing messaging are not included with A La Carte consultations.

What does the enrollment process look like?
Provider & plan confirmation
We reach out to confirm which provider and plan you're interested in, then collect your demographic information to create your chart.
Portal setup & intake forms
You'll receive an invite to our patient portal, where you'll complete intake forms. Please also email any recent labs or imaging, which will be sent to your provider for review.
Labs review & ordering
Your provider will review your submitted information and determine if any additional labs are needed. If so, we'll send you a quote with lab info via the patient portal and order the labs.
Schedule first appointment
Once we receive your lab results, or if no labs are needed, we'll begin your enrollment and send you a booking link to schedule your first appointment.
